Communication Plan

  • Be positive as you are talking to clients – i.e. – the sun WILL come out tomorrow; this issue WILL go away, etc. – after this, you NEED to be a market leader AND you will still need leads after this goes after, but until then, you need leads NOW
  • (Advice: Don’t sit around watching Netflix or the News)
  • Instead, use your SALES FUNNEL from WordPress/CRM which equals SURVIVAL (visit RECESSIONREADY.com for more information)
  • Email your sales funnel regarding updates your company has made in response to Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Providing Estimates

  • Use GoToMeeting/other paid collaboration tools (RingCentral/Zoom/etc.)
