Remodeling Mastery by Mark G. Richardson

In today’s episode, Mark talks about the importance of having confidence when you are talking about money within your business. He shares the most common fears and insights on how to go about them.

Why It’s Hard to Talk About Money

  1. Fear. You’re afraid of getting a no and you’re afraid to be wrong.
  2. Knowledge. Having the right level of knowledge of what things cost. You only need to know enough to have the conversations.
  3. The client is more knowledgeable than you. Being able to discuss finances is critical.
  4. Mother. It’s not polite to talk about money and how much things cost, but sometimes putting it out there right away saves you in the long run.
