We tend to focus on more of the what, why and how, but we never really focus or ask questions on the when. Mark unveils questions that come along with the notion of when. When you understand the when a little bit better and weave it into the questions, you will start to see more success for your business.

Try to think of this as a chart. You want to have the different times of the day and a series of different things; your mindset, activities, where you should be doing these things, etc. You also want to split the day into morning, late morning, afternoon, evening. Figure out what you do best during these hours of the day.
