3 Essential Virtues of the Ideal Team Player
- Humble. They need to have their ego in check. They need to be a team player and able to think as “we” rather than “I”. They need to have the right level of empathy, a good listener and honest.
- Hungry. You want them to be passionate about something. They need to realize that failure is not an option and understanding urgency. They have to have the edge to be successful. Focusing on learning and getting better.
