  2. Hungry. You want them to be passionate about something. They need to realize that failure is not an option and understanding urgency. They have to have the edge to be successful. Focusing on learning and getting better.
  3. Smart. This comes in a lot of different forms. Academic or book smart and street smart. They can look at things in the short term, medium term, long term. Being more of a processed thinker and having certain skills. Knowledge instills confidence, confidence creates enthusiasm, and enthusiasm sells.
