  1. Using projects to showcase your work: A contractor’s best tool to winning new customers are their project photos. Houzz provides a platform where you can showcase these past project photos with plenty of descriptions so customers can find exactly what they’re looking for, and at the same time see the value of work your business provides. Lindsey will walk you through the process of optimizing projects and uploading photos.
  1. Requesting reviews: Online reviews are more important now more than ever. 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. The process of requesting reviews is slightly different for each review site you list on. Lindsey will educate viewers on the proper steps for asking for reviews.
